Los Angeles, CA - Club Channel 1 announced details today on their campaign to promote the 20th anniversary issue of Specialty Publications Men Magazine later this year. 100 Live events in Club Channel 1 bars and clubs will be part of this campaign in cities throughout the country beginning in June 2004 and touching down at 100 venues throughout the entire U.S. through December 2004. The Men Magazine 20th Anniversary Special Edition will go on sale June 29, 2004 and will remain on newsstands for six months.
The tour will kick off with an exclusive, invitation-only VIP party to be held at Cine-Space in Los Angeles June 17, 2004. The event is set to be a spectacular evening with appearances from Men Magazine models, DJ Victor Rodriguez, local celebrities and event sponsors.
The nationwide “Men Across America Tour” starts on June 26th at Club Cosmos in Topeka, KS and continues throughout the year.

Chi Chi LaRue’s club video entertainment program, Club Channel 1 is shipping 100 promotional packages to bars and clubs in the Club Channel 1 network. A wrap up report of each event including photos, guest comments, contest winners and stories from each event will appear on the Men20.com website, shortly after each event.

It's time to get political. I know the last thing America wants is a big drag queen telling people how to vote, but tough! I am speaking out because the industry I love is in jeopardy, and this next presidential election is crucial. The United States Constitution is under attack and our right to create and view adult material in print, on video and online--a right to free speech protected by the First Amendment--is at stake! I have launched ProtectYourPorn.com to stress the importance for all consumers of adult material to register and vote this November.
Everyone needs to be aware of the Bush administration's agenda and the steps that are being taken now to crack down on porn. The Protect Your Porn Project (www.protectyourporn.com) will help facilitate this goal by providing informative articles and links. At the same time I wanted to have a little fun, before they throw me in the pokey and turn this country into a bunch of hypocritical right-wing Stepford wives.
Please help this important cause in whatever way you can. Place a ProtectYourPorn.com banner on your web site so people can get this information and register to vote. As we get closer to November I will be calling on all of you to step it up and offer what you can--whether it's an article, ad space, giveaways, or just to volunteer your time. 02/25/2004 - Channel 1 Releasing Receives 17 GAYVN Awards Nominations

Hollywood, CA - Channel 1 Releasing have received a total of 17 nominations for the 2004 GAYVN Awards. Chi Chi LaRue will once again host this year’s festivities.
